2021 Shipping Policy

This is the shipping policy for Tees for Bees (teesforbees.com) effective February 28, 2021. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time without notice.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Grapevine, Texas.

Please make sure you double-check the address and contact details before placing your order. Tees for Bees have no recourse with couriers if these details are incorrect.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3 - 5 business days.

Canada: 5 - 10 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days.

Tracking

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking number is sent via email (and SMS if you entered your mobile). 

 

It is up to you, the customer, to track the parcel and make sure you're available for delivery.

Customs Fees

Orders outside of the United States, including Canada, may incur duties and taxes, in addition to the shipping fees.

Returns

We only offer returns for customers in the United States. Sorry, no returns for international orders.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to exchange for a different size or style, simply fill out the return form and follow the instructions. 

We offer one free return or exchange per order, excluding the cost of shipping.

Every subsequent return will be charged at $5 per item, plus shipping.

Important to note about returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return a product.
  • You will need to pay for return shipping.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
  • We can only accept returns if the product is unworn and in its original condition for resale. 
  • Washed or dry cleaned products cannot be returned.

Exchanges

You can exchange your product for free for any product matching the same price.

If the product you choose is more expensive, you will need to cover the difference in cost. If the product is cheaper, we will refund the difference.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of arriving at our fulfillment center.

Shipping FAQ

Order never arrived

If you received your tracking number but your order never arrived, be sure to let us know!

  1. First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.
  2. Suppose the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, and we can't locate the parcel. In that case, we can't offer any refund or exchange.
  3. If the shipping address was correct, contact us, noting your order number. We'll look into the matter asap.

Undelivered Parcels

If an order is undelivered, it is returned to our fulfillment center, where it is held for 30 days. 

 

After 30 days have elapsed, the products are donated to charity. If you still want your order, you will have to reorder at your own cost.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. 

If your order arrives with damaged products, please contact us within a week of receiving your order.

Wrong size

If you are unhappy with the size you have ordered, please contact us to arrange a return.
