2020 Shipping Policy

PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO COVID-19 LOCK DOWNS, ORDERS ARE TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL.

Please make sure you double check the address and contact details before placing your order. Tees for Bees has no recourse with couriers if these details are incorrect.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

Shipping to Canada:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If you received your tracking number but your order order never arrived, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.

If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, contact us noting your order number. We'll look into the matter asap.

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking number is sent via email (and SMS if you entered your mobile). At this point it up to the customer to track the parcel and make sure you're available for delivery.

If an order is undelivered, it is returned to our fulfillment center where it is held for a period of 30 days. After 30 days has lapsed, the products are donated to charity. If you still want your order, it will have to be replaced at your cost. Please contact us as we may be eligible for a discount on your replacement order.

Returns policy

We only accept free returns if:

  1. You receive the incorrect order including the wrong product, size, color, or style.
  2. Products are damaged on arrival.

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please contact us within a week or receiving your order.

Wrong size:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. 

If you ordered the incorrect size, unfortunately, we can't offer a free return. We place size charts below every garment so customers can check their measurements before placing an order.

Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Contact us and we'll get you sorted out.
